噴鼻港賽馬會行政總裁應家柏等一行于7月下旬訪問新疆，遭到自治區當局主席接見，雙方就新疆馬產業發展深刻交通。新疆是中國馬匹數量最多的地區，是伊犁馬發源地，當地努力于推動養馬、育馬等與馬文明游玩融全息投影會發AR擴增實境展。
